HOPE Registration Required
The Google Form is only for students who are already registered with Hope Learning Center.
このGoogle フォームは、すでに Hope Learning Center にレジストレーション済みの生徒のみ ご利用いただけます。
If your child has participated in any of the following programs, they are already registered. It is not necessary to fill out another Registration Form.
以下のプログラムに参加したことがあるお子さまは、すでに登録されています。新しいレジストレーションフォームを提出する必要はありません。

Full-Day Care
If your child is new to HOPE, you must complete a REGISTRATION FORM before filling out this sign-up form. Please fill out the REGISTRATION FORM. Summer sign-ups without a completed REGISTRATION FORM will not be accepted.
HOPE に新規で参加される方は、まず「レジストレーションフォーム」の提出が必要です。こちらのメールに添付しているフォームに記入してください。レジストレーションフォームの提出がない場合、サマープログラムのお申し込みは無効となります。
